Thank you for shopping at Skysuri! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the steps and conditions for returning products.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It should not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the original receipt, order number, or proof of purchase for the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or Custom Products: Any items that have been personalized or made to order are not eligible for return.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene Products: Products such as baby bottles, pacifiers, and other personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@skysuri.com or call us at (620) 793-7003 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we process your return request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Prepare the Return Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Make sure to include the RMA number and any other required documentation to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability. If the exchanged item costs more than the original item, you will be required to pay the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. In such cases, Skysuri will cover the return shipping costs.
Please provide the following information when reporting a damaged or defective item:

- Photos of the damage or defect.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Return Shipping Costs
Non-Damaged Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part.
Return Shipping on Faulty Items: If the product is defective or we made an error in processing your order, Skysuri will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
8. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, the same return policy applies, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, and any additional charges related to international returns will be your responsibility.
